1. Bootcamps, AI Guild Membership, and Event Registrations
Payments made for bootcamps, AI Guild membership, and event registrations are non-refundable.
A refund will only be considered if there has been a duplicate or double charge for the same registration, membership, or event.
2. AI Residency, CAIO Program, and AI Builder Program
For the AI Residency, CAIO Program, and AI Builder Program, participants may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
Refund requests made after 7 days from the payment date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Unable to Attend an Event or Bootcamp
If a participant is unable to attend a registered event or bootcamp, a direct refund will not be provided.
However, if the participant has a valid reason, they may request a coupon code or credit that can be used for a future Decoding Data Science event or bootcamp.
Coupon codes or credits are approved on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
4. Digital Course Materials
As an online training academy, Decoding Data Science provides course materials digitally. These may include videos, documents, templates, recordings, worksheets, and other learning resources.
Digital course materials are non-returnable.
5. Non-Refundable Items

- Bootcamp registrations
- AI Guild membership fees
- Event registration fees
- Certification fees
- Assessment fees
- Digital course materials
6. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same program, event, membership, or bootcamp, please contact us with your payment details. Our team will review the issue and process the necessary correction if a duplicate charge is confirmed.
