Terms & Conditions for Premium Membership – No Refund Policy and Free Trial
Once you take the membership you agree to the all Terms and Conditions of the Community.
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Premium Membership offered by Decoding Data Science (“Company”) to individuals or entities (“Members”) in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1. By purchasing a Premium Membership or availing of a free trial, Members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.
3. Premium Membership
3.1. Premium Membership grants Members access to exclusive benefits and services, as outlined by Decoding Data Science on its official website or communication channels.
4. Payment
4.1. Members are required to pay the specified fee for Premium Membership as determined by Decoding Data Science. Payment methods and terms shall be in accordance with Decoding Data Science’s policies.
5. No Refund Policy
5.1. Members acknowledge and agree that all fees paid for Premium Membership are non-refundable.
6. Free Trials
6.1. Decoding Data Science may offer free trials of Premium Membership to eligible Members. The duration and terms of free trials shall be determined by Decoding Data Science and may be subject to change without notice.
6.2. If a Member avails of a free trial, they understand and agree that the free trial period is limited, and that Premium Membership fees will be automatically charged upon the conclusion of the trial period unless the Member cancels before the trial ends.
7. Membership Duration
7.1. Premium Membership duration is typically stated at the time of purchase or during the free trial. The Membership will automatically expire at the end of the specified period unless renewed by the Member.
8. Termination of Membership
8.1. Decoding Data Science reserves the right to terminate a Member’s Premium Membership, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. In such cases, the Member will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
9. Changes to Terms & Benefits
9.1. Decoding Data Science may modify these Terms or the benefits associated with Premium Membership at any time. Members will be notified of such changes in advance.
10. Privacy
10.1. Decoding Data Science will collect and use personal information as described in its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Decoding Data Science shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with Premium Membership or free trials.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
